Remote monitoring of patients in self-isolation


To tackle the coronavirus health emergency, the Sm@rtAlert system follows self-isolating patients with Covid-19 symptoms or who have been in contact with Covid-19 patients. The online dashboard telemonitors critical values such as temperature, cough and breathing difficulties.

The telephone channel

As well as putting the health workers in direct contact with the person called and prompting a reply, the advantage of a telephone call is that it makes use of the national telephone infrastructure (no risks of overloading the network) and does not require digital skills (useful for the elderly).
