This is the mission of I-Tel Srl, which operates on the market of VOICE APPLICATIONS, technical back-up services and SERVICE DESKS. We have installed over 800 systems and have offices in ROME, RICCIONE and MILAN.

Thanks to the experience gained from 1996 to 2005 as the CTI Division of the company I-Ter SpA and from 2005 to date as I-Tel Srl, we can work hand in hand with our customers to optimise communication processes both between citizens and the institution and within the organisation itself. We come up with personalised solutions and services on the basis of specific needs.
